“Earth Hour” in the Vatican…

A very fitting symbol:
St. Peter’s Basilica shrouded in darkness during “Earth Hour”

After a filthy display of reptiles, birds, and other animals on its facade on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception last year (cf. Apoc 18:2), it was a given that St. Peter’s Basilica, currently still under occupation by enemies of the Catholic Church, would once again turn off its lights to participate in the environmentalist “Earth Hour” on March 19, 2016, the Feast of St. Joseph.

The truth is, of course, that the lights went out in the Vatican a long time ago, that is, in reference to the light of Faith (cf. Jn 8:12). If you’re wondering what in the blazes has happened to the Catholic Church since the death of Pope Pius XII in 1958, you have come to the right web site. Novus Ordo Watch is dedicated to helping people realize that the religion that is today being passed off as “Roman Catholicism” is substantially different from the religion the entire world knew by this name from its founding in 33 AD until 1958, when John XXIII usurped the papacy and called the Second Vatican Council a few weeks later.

No matter what your current understanding or viewpoint is on the matter, one thing is undeniable: Nothing has been the same since that fateful day of October 28, 1958, when Cardinal Angelo Roncalli walked out of the conclave as “Pope”. Gradually but nevertheless quite quickly, it became more and more apparent that a revolution was under way, being foisted upon the Church not from “dissident clerics” below, but from the very top on down. For this reason, “Pope John XXIII” was called a “precursor of the Anti-Christ” by some at the Second Vatican Council, and Giovanni Battista Montini his “crown prince,” who — surprise! — indeed succeeded him as “Pope Paul VI” less than a year after the council began.

In 1994, the former member of the Vatican Noble Guard Franco Bellegrandi published his explosive book Nikita Roncalli: Counterlife of a Pope (PDF here), in which he revealed, among other things, that “[i]n the Vatican’s high spheres it was indeed no secret that after Pius XII, the coming Conclave would elect Venice’s patriarch Roncalli, who, in turn, would ‘bring’ on the See of Peter Giovanni Battista Montini” (p. 31). The rest, as they say, is history, and we are still living through the repercussions today. For this reason, we are convinced that the key to solving the entire phenomenon of the “Vatican II Church” lies in the bizarre conclave of 1958:

white-smoke-1958.jpgIt was surely no coincidence that two days before Roncalli’s appearance as “Pope John XXIII”, white smoke was already pouring from the conclave chimney, Vatican Radio announced that a Pope had been elected, and the Swiss Guards prepared to welcome the new Pope. However, the new Pope never appeared. That was October 26, 1958, where the white smoke was undeniable. Was another cardinal elected Pope then? It seems more than likely. Not simply because of the white smoke, but also because if someone else was validly elected Pope at that time, and he accepted the election, then nothing and no one had the power to take this valid election from him. This would finally explain how it is that Angelo Roncalli, up until that time the valid cardinal-archbishop of Venice, could not validly obtain the Papacy two days later. For if Roncalli was able to validly possess the Patriarchate of Venice, there is no reason why he should be unable to validly possess the Papacy — unless, of course, there was already a Pope reigning. From the effect of his “pontificate”, we know that Roncalli was not a valid Pope, and there must be a satisfactory explanation for it. The theory of another cardinal already having accepted the papacy before Roncalli, would explain it.

There are various opinions, based on circumstantial evidence, of who was truly elected Pope before Roncalli stepped out and presented himself as John XXIII. The most common names mentioned are those of Cardinals TedeschiniAgagianian, and Siri. We do not profess to know the answer to the riddle of the 1958 Conclave, but it is very interesting that in his 1956 interpretation of the book of the Apocalypse (Revelation), Fr. Herman Kramer wrote the following about Apoc 12:1-5, in which he sees a description of a hindered or exceedingly difficult papal election:

…However, the text demands a more specific application to the definite future event to which the prophecy obviously points, and in which the Church suffers the keenest pangs passing at that time through the greatest crisis of her whole life. In that travail, she gives birth to some definite ‘person’ who is to RULE the Church with a rod of iron (verse 5). It then points to a conflict waged within the Church to elect one who was to ‘rule all nations‘ in the manner clearly stated. In accord with the text this is unmistakably a PAPAL ELECTION, for only Christ and His Vicar have the divine right to rule ALL NATIONS. Furthermore, the Church does not travail in anguish at EVERY papal election which can be held without trouble or danger. But at this time the great powers may take a menacing attitude to hinder the election of the logical and expected candidate by threats of a general apostasy, assassination or imprisonment of this candidate if elected. This would suppose an extremely hostile mind in the governments of Europe towards the Church and would cause intense anguish to the Church, because an extended interregnum in the papacy is always disastrous and more so in a time of universal persecution. If Satan would contrive to hinder a papal election, the Church would suffer great travail.

…As a dragon, Satan through the evil world-powers of that time will enter the Church, interfere with her liberty and perhaps by stealthy suggestions having long before directed the choosing of candidates for the episcopate will now endeavor by threats of force to hinder the election of the worthiest candidate for the papacy.

(Rev. Herman Bernard Kramer, The Book of Destiny [TAN Books Reprint, 1975], pp. 277-279; imprimatur 1956; underlining added.)

This is stunning! If Fr. Kramer’s reading of Apoc 12:1-5 is correct, then it might be referring to the 1958 Conclave, which has produced the greatest spiritual disaster in all of history. An effect of such magnitude must have a proportionate cause.

No less interesting than Fr. Kramer’s analysis are the visions of a “Church of Darkness” reported by the German Augustinian nun and stigmatic Ven. Anne Catherine Emmerich (d. 1824):

It is a sad irony of history that the body of the Venerable Emmerich now rests in one of the most Modernist parishes the Church of Darkness has to offer (see photo here).

“Church of Darkness” is indeed a most fitting label for the monstrous sect created by John XXIII and the Second Vatican Council. We are at the point now where people want to turn all their non-essential lights off for an hour to ward off “climate change” (formerly known as “global warming”, but that didn’t fly anymore) and think this is a virtuous act. Mankind has totally turned its back on the Creator and now worships creation instead. We have come full circle: We’re back to Paganism. Except this time, it’s worse: This time, it’s post-Christian paganism; this time it’s not infidelity but apostasy. It is not wandering in darkness without having received the Light, but rather, preferring the darkness over the Light after having experienced both. Holy Scripture has a frightening warning about that:

For it is impossible for those who were once illuminated, have tasted also the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, have moreover tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, and are fallen away: to be renewed again to penance, crucifying again to themselves the Son of God, and making him a mockery. For the earth that drinketh in the rain which cometh often upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is tilled, receiveth blessing from God. But that which bringeth forth thorns and briers, is reprobate, and very near unto a curse, whose end is to be burnt.

(Heb 6:4-8)

The words our Blessed Lord spoke at the beginning of His public ministry now take on an even more tragic meaning: “And this is the judgment: because the light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than the light: for their works were evil” (Jn 3:19).

Oh yes, in case you didn’t hear yet what’s planned for Easter: The Vatican will inaugurate an “‘ecological island’, a recycling center for the separate disposal of waste and compost” (source) during Holy Week or shortly thereafter.

If that’s not a subtle hint that the New Religion of Vatican II is a pile of garbage!
